Monica Burton has over 12 years of executive search experience and has conducted more than 500 senior-level search assignments for positions including chief human resources officers, chief learning officers and heads of compensation and benefits assignments. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, investment management organizations, healthcare organizations and U.S. foundations.
Monica most recently served as president of Burton Moyar Executive Search, LLC, a Manhattan-based executive search firm. She also served as client partner of Korn/Ferry International’s New York office where she conducted CEO/president searches and worked across functional areas including CFOs, CMOs, CIOs and other senior level roles. Monica holds a B.S. in French and Government from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
