The role of Chief Patient Experience Officer (CXO) continues to expand in healthcare organizations, writes Modern Healthcare. "If an organization is truly invested in the CXO role, the CXO will have a top cabinet seat and exposure to the board," notes Witt/Kieffer's Daniel Young, one of the experts quoted.
