Questions surrounding implicit bias are part of most campus conversations — this should include search committee discussions, believes senior partner Lucy Leske. Writing in the Chronicle of Higher Education, Leske advises on clear steps that such committees can take to be aware of their own potential biases and mitigate the chance that these inclinations will cloud recruiting decisions.
