- Nearly 40 percent of Witt/Kieffer’s executive
placements are women and minorities – arguably the best
diversity executive placement rate among top executive search firms
– and proof of our commitment to develop diverse slates of
candidates on behalf of our clients.
- Minority placements represent, on average, 10 percent of Witt/Kieffer’s
total firm placements, and 42 percent are women.
- We present three times as many minority candidates to our clients
as those selected as the finalist.
- We’ve placed 50 minority candidates in presidential/CEO
positions.
- Forty-four percent of the firm’s partners are women.
- Forty-six percent of the consulting staff are women.

is based in our Bethesda, MD, office. Howard has received the “Visionary
Award” from the Baltimore Chapter of the National Association
of Health Services for the “individual who, through foresight
and dedication, has positively impacted the development of a healthcare
work force that reflects the diversity of the community it serves.”
