Lena Pope Home, Inc. has retained Witt/Kieffer to assist in the recruitment of an Executive Director. The Executive Director is expected to be an innovative and family focused leader who will oversee community based educational, therapeutic and restorative programs serving over 20,000 families and individuals in the Fort Worth, TX area. Headquartered on a 12 acre campus (main campus/administration offices), with a budget of approximately $12M, Lena Pope Home is starting a new charter school in 2008, as well as providing educational, preventive, adoptive and foster care services.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a passionate commitment to child welfare, and community based services with proven experience, as well as the ability engage with state, national, community and business constituents and private donors to generate additional resources and collaborations. Evidence of leadership success through progressive professional accomplishments, including fundraising, fiscal and operational management, recognition as a child welfare expert and a master's degree is required.
