Vice President for Enrollment Management
Boston, MA

Northeastern, a global, experiential, research university, seeks an innovative and highly strategic enrollment professional to serve as its next vice president for enrollment management. Building on the University's dramatic transformation over the last decade so that it now ranks among the top national universities, the new vice president will serve as the chief architect for the strategic positioning of enrollment management and function as a leader in enrollment marketing, messaging and branding. The vice president will join an institution-wide leadership team that fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration and accomplishment.

Located in the heart of Boston and a leader in interdisciplinary research, urban engagement and the integration of classroom learning with real-world experience, Northeastern offers a comprehensive range of undergraduate and graduate programs leading to degrees through the doctorate in six undergraduate colleges, eight graduate schools and two part-time divisions. Able to provide its students the rich and diverse intellectual, artistic, cultural and business resources of Boston - as well as of the globe - the University provides a solid foundation in the liberal arts and an integration of study and practice, with the belief that the two enlighten one another. Reporting to senior vice president Philomena Mantella, Ph.D., the new vice president will lead an enrollment management staff of 130 across ten departments. The new vice president will be a consummate professional who embraces a team environment and works with colleagues in a spirit of partnership, transparency and fiscal responsibility. He or she will be a superb communicator with exceptional analytic and interpersonal skills. The vice president will bring creativity and the ability to envision the possible; in return, he or she will have the opportunity to make an historic contribution to this extraordinary institution.
