Matthew Cornner, is a consultant in Witt/Kieffer's Bethesda, Maryland office where he specializes in senior executive searches for leading hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers and physician group practices. Matt brings more than a decade of experience consulting to health care industry leaders on a broad range of strategic, operational and leadership challenges. Prior to joining Witt/Kieffer, Matt held several leadership roles for The Advisory Board Company, a firm known for its thought leadership in the health care industry. Most recently, Matt led The Advisory Board's Academy Fellowship, a two year program of executive education and practical application, designed to accelerate the readiness of VP and Director-level talent to assume C-suite level leadership responsibilities.
