Thomas P. Quinn, specializes in all aspects of executive search for his healthcare and not-for-profit clients. He is based in the Burlington, MA office. Tom assists clients in assessing leadership requirements, preparing detailed position specifications, creating a comprehensive search strategy and ensuring the best possible candidate fit with the organization's culture. In 2005, Tom was awarded Witt/Kieffer's Quality Award for excellence in search practice.

Prior to joining Witt/Kieffer, Tom was an associate for an international executive search firm in Boston. His experience includes recruiting CEOs, COOs, CFOs and other senior leaders for hospitals and health systems, not-for-profit and biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare consumer companies. Tom enjoys providing practical career counseling to candidates in order to help them get to the next level in their careers.
