Donna M. Padilla, is an executive search consultant who is based at the firm's corporate headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois. Since joining Witt/Kieffer in 1999, Donna has participated in a broad range of healthcare search assignments, including successful searches in nursing, finance, operations and marketing.

A two-time Witt/Kieffer Quality Award Winner for excellence in search practice, Donna has worked with healthcare boards and senior leadership teams within a variety of healthcare organizations. She also specializes in acute care settings, medical centers, complex health systems, not-for-profit organizations and physician practices.

Prior to joining Witt/Kieffer, Donna served in a national marketing role with a large, Minnesota-based managed care corporation.
