Rachel Loeb Polhemus, consultant, brings several years of consulting experience to Witt/Kieffer, including nearly five years at Accenture. A graduate of Ithaca College and American University, Rachel holds an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems, and she will soon complete her M.P.H. from George Washington University.
