Arlene Anschel, has applied her extensive background in physician practice management, clinic management and managed care to the executive recruiting field. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare delivery management and executive IT search, Arlene is an asset to the firm's IT practice. She is nationally recognized as an expert in the recruitment of physicians, clinicians and other executives in information systems. She serves as a consultant to many clients on best practice in the recruitment of physicians in information systems. Her broad experience in the healthcare field and in executive search provides her clients with strong account management.

Based in the Oak Brook office, Arlene employs her specialized knowledge in recruiting physicians and other information systems executives, while providing account management and business development. Prior to joining Witt/Kieffer, Arlene was an executive vice president with Hersher Associates and also served as a founder and director of a medical insurance examining company.
