Greg Santore’s expertise in executive search and past executive experience as president, CEO and COO of various organizations make him ideally suited to identify and evaluate senior leaders across a variety of disciplines. As a principal at Witt/Kieffer, Greg has recruited CEOs, presidents, and other senior executives for organizations in healthcare, higher education, and the not-for-profit sector. As head of the firm’s Sports Leadership practice, he also specializes in recruiting college athletic directors and CEOs for major sports foundations, associations and charities.

Early in his career, Greg worked in orthopedic sports rehabilitation and worked with clients such as the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Flyers, United States Olympic Team Handball and the Rothman Institute. Later he served as CEO of Integra, a behavioral health company, where he directly managed and built relationships with many Fortune 500 companies.
Greg’s career in executive search began at Korn/Ferry. His search practice focused on recruiting CEOs, presidents, general counsel, CFOs, VPs and other senior leaders for Fortune 500 and other companies and organizations.
Greg is an adjunct professor in the Rutgers University M.S. program in Global Sports Business. He has served and worked with various not-for-profit boards including the Saves (4) ALS Foundation (Phillies), American Hand Therapy Foundation and Philadelphia Board for Corporate Governance. He is currently an advisor to the GVAA Baseball program in Southern New Jersey and is a former elected official in Camden County, NJ.
