Greg Santore’s executive search career – combined with extensive experience working in leadership positions as President, CEO and COO of various organizations – make him ideally suited to identify and evaluate senior leadership positions across all disciplines. As leader of the Witt/Kieffer sports leadership practice, he has developed long-standing relationships within media, athletics, global technology, Fortune 500 companies and healthcare and not-for-profit organizations, building an outstanding network and reputation along the way.
Early in his career, Greg worked in orthopedic sports rehabilitation and worked with clients such as the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Flyers, United States Olympic Team Handball and the Rothman Institute. Later he served as CEO of Integra, a behavioral health company, where he directly managed and built relationships with many Fortune 500 companies including Cablevision, Aramark and Fidelity Investments.
Prior to Integra, Greg co-founded and served as CEO of ScreenFriends, Inc., an entertainment and marketing software company whose clients included Universal Studios, Stan Lee Media, Leach Entertainment and PRIMEDIA as well as many celebrity spokespersons. There he was personally involved in all licensing and merchandising agreements as well as running day-to-day operations. For 12 years, Greg was the co-chairman of the Foot and Ankle Institute Golf Classic in Philadelphia (which later became part of Temple University) raising over $400,000 for diabetes research.
Greg’s career in executive search began at Korn/Ferry identifying senior leaders for various organizations such as Comcast, Crown Holdings, Independence Blue Cross and other large organizations. His search practice focused on recruiting CEOs, presidents, general counsel, CFOs, VPs and other senior leaders.
Greg has served and worked with various not-for-profit boards including the Saves (4) ALS Foundation (Phillies), American Hand Therapy Foundation and Philadelphia Board for Corporate Governance. He currently sits on the Board of WebStudy, a distance learning company, is an advisor to the GVAA Baseball program in Southern New Jersey and is an elected official in Camden County, NJ.
