Flagstaff Medical Center (FMC) is a 271-bed regional referral center with approximately $322 million net operating revenue and 8% bottom line. FMC provides more than 85,000 annual patient visits, delivers 1,650 babies each year, performs over 7,800 surgeries and has 40,000 ER visits annually. It is the flagship hospital for Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH). NAH is the largest healthcare organization in northern Arizona serving almost half of the state geographically, employing over 2,600 people.
The VP reports to the President of FMC and provides leadership for clinical ancillary services and other service lines of FMC to include Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Cancer, Bariatric, Surgical, and Emergency services. FMC is seeking experience in a large, complex and progressive community hospital.
Flagstaff is a vibrant community just 2 hours north of Phoenix in an area characterized by rugged mountains, deep canyons and thick forests of pine, fir, aspen and oak of northern Arizona and home to Northern Arizona University.
