Catskill Regional Medical Center (CRMC), the sole provider of hospital healthcare in Sullivan County, New York is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will report dually to the Chief Executive Officer of Catskill Regional Medical Center and the Chief Executive Officer of Greater Hudson Valley Health System and will serve as one of the senior executives on CRMC's leadership team.

CRMC offers advanced diagnosis and treatment methods through its Centers of Excellence at its Harris and Callicoon Campuses. In addition, CRMC delivers additional healthcare services through its Family Health Centers in Harris, Liberty, Woodridge and Wurtsboro. CRMC has made a commitment to deliver patient-centered healthcare in a healing environment. Patients, patients' families, healthcare workers and members of the community are provided access to information, education, training and research. CRMC has total operating revenues of $100,363,990.

In June, 2007 Catskill Regional and Orange Regional Medical Center announced an Affiliation Agreement with the goal of working together to enhance healthcare in the Hudson Valley Catskill Region. CRMC officially became an affiliate member of the Greater Hudson Valley Health System (GHVHS), joining Orange Regional Medical Center. The affiliation agreement between CRMC and GHVHS offered additional resources to CRMC, which ultimately benefits the entire region. GHVHS entered into a management contract with CRMC and will assumed responsibility for day-to-day management of CRMC. CRMC agreed to a restructuring which will result in CRMC becoming a member of The Greater Hudson Valley Health System and establishing a working relationship with Orange Regional Medical Center.

This is an outstanding leadership opportunity for an exceptional, seasoned financial executive who brings a wealth of finance and operations experience. We seek a highly visible, practical individual who enjoys collaborating with physicians and possesses unsurpassed integrity and the highest ethical standards. The ideal candidate should also have experience in the financial turnaround of an organization. A Master's degree in business, finance or a related field and/or a CPA is required, as well as at least ten years of hospital management experience.
