Witt/Kieffer has been engaged by Battle Creek Health System to assist them in finding a CEO. Battle Creek Health System (BCHS) is a multi-campus health care provider serving about 200,000 people in south central Michigan. Winner of several national and state quality awards, this system, anchored by its 172 private bed hospital, offers a seasoned health care leader the chance to lead one of the better health care facilities in Michigan and be a part of the Trinity Health System, one of the largest and more successful Catholic systems in the US. Formed more than 20 years ago through the merger of Battle Creek's two acute care hospitals. BCHS is looking for a seasoned leader who has strong physician relations skills, excellent operations and finance skills, and is very collaborative in style and approach. A Master's Degree is required.
