Witt/Kieffer has been retained by the Search Committee of the Board of Christian Care Communities in Louisville, Kentucky, one of the most respected nonprofit, faith-based, multi-site senior living and elderly affordable housing organizations in the nation, to conduct the search for the CEO of Christian Care Communities. Christian Care Communities ("Christian Care"), in Louisville, Kentucky, a $42 million annual revenue organization, is a rapidly-growing multi-site nonprofit senior care and affordable housing network, one of the most successful in the nation and the largest in Kentucky. Christian Care is a network of 7 campuses located throughout the state of Kentucky, including 4 continuing care retirement communities, 3 affordable housing communities, an adult day program, and plans an array of home and community-based services including home health and hospice. Christian Care is proud of its affiliation with Christian Churches (Disciples of Christ) and Independent Christian Churches in Kentucky and has been a quality senior living and affordable housing provider since 1884. Christian Care is a pioneer in the development of quality senior living, affordable housing and services for older adults.
The ideal candidate for the role of CEO of Christian Care will possess a record of success in leading a complex, well-managed, mission-oriented, multi-site senior living and elderly affordable housing network. This leader will be a seasoned senior living and affordable housing management professional with exceptional leadership skills, continuing care retirement community and affordable housing management experience, continuous quality improvement expertise, and a collaborative style.
This executive will be a values-oriented leader with a strong faith tradition, exceptional vision and strategic leadership skill, and tremendous team management ability. The CEO will assure Christian Care attains a new level of performance, quality and financial vibrancy, and will ensure Christian Care strengthens its reputation as one of the nation's premier nonprofit faith-based senior living and elderly affordable housing networks.
This leader will be known for their ability to develop excellent working relations with management and staff; establish a vision and strategy with a nonprofit board; and enrich a faith-based culture like Christian Care. Bachelor's required; Master's preferred.
