Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer

Witt/Kieffer has been retained by All Children's Hospital (ACH) to assist in the recruitment of a new Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer. Located in St. Petersburg, ACH is the only specialty licensed children's hospital on Florida's west coast and was founded in 1926. Today, ACH is a 216-bed teaching hospital affiliated with the University of South Florida College of Medicine, where more than 160 pediatric specialists and subspecialists provide state-of-the-art medical and surgical care for children. ACH is currently building a new 240-bed, nine-story children's hospital that will be accompanied by an adjacent outpatient care center.

The Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report to Arnold Stenberg, Executive Vice President of Administration for All Children's Health System (ACHS). He/She will have responsibilities for managing, directing and planning the financial activities for the health system related to accounting and financial operations. The CFO will play a vital role in maintaining the organization's success through enhancing and establishing financial operations that support the execution of ACH's mission.

Applicants should possess an undergraduate degree in finance, or related field, with a minimum of ten years of progressive financial experience and expertise in pediatrics, tertiary care, academic programs, research and physician practices. The successful candidate should be a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate degree in business or health administration is preferred.
