Witt/Kieffer has been retained to conduct a national search for the Chief Financial Officer for La Porte Regional Health System (LRHS), located in La Porte, Indiana.
Regionally located, yet nationally recognized, La Porte Regional Health System consists of La Porte Hospital, a 227-bed acute care facility, Starke Memorial Hospital with 53 acute care beds, a comprehensive physician network and total net revenues for the system of $170 million. LRHS is an affiliate of Clarian Health, which is Indiana's largest and most comprehensive health network.
The recruitment of a new Chief Financial Officer is occurring during an exciting period of time within the history of LRHS. This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial finance executive who desires the complexity and challenge of a growing health system. The ideal CFO candidate will be a healthcare finance executive with an advanced degree and/or CPA, and have a history of driving solid and disciplined financial performance in a competitive market.
Located in Northwest Indiana, La Porte offers abundant natural resources to enjoy combined with cultural events and a focus on the arts. The city has six "in-town" lakes and over 1,480 acres of parks. In addition, there is ready access to major metropolitan areas. The city is one hour from Chicago and 30 minutes from South Bend.
