Witt Kieffer has been retained to recruit a Vice President, Clinical Operations, for Joslin Diabetes Center (Affiliated with Harvard Medical School), located in Boston, Massachusetts This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled and dynamic professional who possesses strong operational and analytical abilities with the ability to identify issues and opportunities. The Vice President, Clinical Operations will be responsible for the operational leadership of the clinical service which is one of three divisions in the $90 Million clinical and research enterprise of the Joslin Diabetes Center. This individual will lead the Clinic in its mission to deliver world-class care to those patients affected by the disease. This leader will be clinically savvy, results driven, collaborative and respectful of the tradition of excellence of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a senior leader with operational experience and a record of success in ambulatory care delivery and experience in operational leadership, including significant budgetary responsibility. An advanced business, healthcare administration or closely related field is required.
