We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Human Resource & Organizational Development (SVPHROD) for Mount Nittany Health (MNH), State College, PA. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a newly configured, high-performing senior leadership team in a thriving and evolving healthcare organization. MNH is a regional $500MM system comprised of a 260-bed hospital, 150-member employed medical group, care network, child advocacy center, foundation and collaborative relationships with the region’s largest providers.

The new executive will join a newly configured, collaborative leadership team, focused on maintaining operational excellence, and breaking down silos to promote “enterprise” thinking while also identifying opportunities for further growth and development. This individual will be charged with leading the transformation of Human Resources as MNH looks to evolve to a fully integrated, strategic human resources model.

The ideal candidate will be a system thinker and team player with a proven track record of aligning Human Resources strategy with an operating strategy while leading complex organizational changes that support an integrated enterprise. Candidates should have a minimum of ten years senior management experience in an organization known for its excellence in the Human Resource function. Individuals, both inside and outside of healthcare, who have experience in organizations of similar complexity, are encouraged to apply.
