Witt/Kieffer has been retained by Arkansas Children’s to assist in the recruitment of a Vice President, Quality and Performance Improvement.

Arkansas Children’s has recently embarked on several mission critical strategies that will favorably position the organization as a pediatric healthcare system that serves a very broad and diverse market service area.  The rapidly growing children’s health system consists of five sister entities: Arkansas Children’s Foundation (ACF); Arkansas Children’s Care Network (ACCN); Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) in Little Rock, a tertiary care and regional referral center; Arkansas Children’s Northwest (ACNW) in Springdale, slated to open in January 2018; and Arkansas Children Research Institute (ACRI).  The enterprise serves children who come from every county in Arkansas and throughout the United States.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Vice President, Quality and Performance Improvement sets the strategic direction for quality, performance improvement and safety initiatives for the entire Arkansas Children’s system of care.  During this period of rapid growth, the Vice President, Quality and Performance Improvement will ensure there is the infrastructure, processes and supporting systems to deliver a sustainable system-wide approach to the measurement and achievement of quality and safety.
