Exceptional Leadership 360° Feedback Survey
The Exceptional Leadership 360° Feedback Survey is a web-based multisource system that provides deeper insights into the strengths and developmental needs of an executive or group of executives. It can be used for leadership development, succession planning, executive transitioning and executive coaching.
Based on the 16 healthcare leadership competencies, our web-based instrument identifies the right development goals for each individual, tracks progress to achieve those goals and simplifies the entire leadership assessment process.
Specifically, the Exceptional Leadership 360° Feedback Survey:
- Measures behaviors and Exceptional Leadership core competencies.
- Provides feedback on how others perceive an executive.
- Addresses skills such as decision making, building consensus and energizing staff.
- Focuses on subjective areas such as self-awareness, character and leadership effectiveness.
