Since joining the firm in 2008, she has demonstrated her passion by building strong, sustainable client and candidate relationships and in taking a consultative approach with each engagement based on open and transparent communication. As a senior partner, Adriane has built impressive traction serving a wide range of healthcare organizations as well as Faith-Based healthcare systems throughout her career.
In addition to serving clients in pursuit of CEO and other C-suite leaders, she is among WittKieffer’s foremost experts in the recruitment of chief strategy, business development and marketing leaders – positions that continue to evolve and have greater impact on growth, strategic affiliation, community awareness, patient experiences and consumerism.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Adriane served in a variety of healthcare leadership roles. Most recently she was regional vice president for Sg2, an innovative research, consulting and education company, where she focused her efforts on managing and developing the company’s client base. Earlier in her career, Adriane held several positions at Premier, Inc., one of the nation’s largest healthcare alliances. As vice president of relationship management, she partnered with health system executives to help them meet strategic priorities, goals and objectives. In addition, she led Premier’s work in physician relations, developed an in-house physician recruitment and training program, and consulted with hospitals on physician partnership issues. Adriane also worked as director of national accounts for Owens & Minor, a Fortune 500 healthcare distributor and supply chain management services company. She began her career in pharmaceutical sales working for AstraZeneca.
Adriane is an accomplished speaker on healthcare leadership and career management. She is actively involved in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD), where she has served on the board of directors.
