With more than 25 years of experience, Brian Krehbiel is a recognized expert on talent strategy and interim leadership. In his role leading WittKieffer’s Interim Leadership Practice, Brian provides clients with insight and guidance on utilizing interim executives to provide leadership continuity and position executive teams for the future. Brian identifies interim CEOs, COOs, CFOs and other key positions for hospitals, health systems and related organizations.
Most recently, he held the role of vice president with a national executive search firm where he helped establish and develop the interim search practice and was responsible for business development strategy. In this role, he provided direction to hospitals and health systems regarding leadership models, organizational structure, transition strategies and consulting solutions. He secured more than 3,000 leadership assignments and projects across industries over a 20-year period. Prior to this, Brian was a principal with GCP, LLC where he founded a national medical device and home care company. In this role, he provided home care, DME and third-party billing services for all private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid programs within the domestic market. He also developed and marketed a private label line of wound care products for distribution in the United States after obtaining FDA clearance.
