Diane Tanking brings 30 years of experience in healthcare management consulting to her executive search practice at WittKieffer. Her valuable experience in operations improvement, business transformation and process reengineering translates directly to the market analysis for transformative healthcare leaders. Diane helps her clients think about the next generation of leaders who can navigate their organizations through large-scale change such as pinpointing emerging opportunities to diversify revenue streams, bolstering coordination across the broader healthcare ecosystem and designing implementation plans for effective mergers and acquisitions. Diane is similarly experienced and well-versed in organizational analysis and design to create high performing, collaborative executive teams.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, she was a partner in the healthcare consulting practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston where she assisted key clients in achieving and sustaining process improvements and revenue enhancement. Before that, Diane served as partner of Ernst & Young LLP, also in Houston. While there, she was responsible for business transformation, mergers and acquisitions and post merger integration.
Prior to her “Big 4” consulting career, Diane was vice president for one of the largest multi-hospital systems in the region, Hermann Affiliated Hospital Systems in Houston. While there, she provided consulting services to the 40 affiliated hospitals as well as serving in a system level position where she led bond financing, construction planning projects and strategic planning.
