In 1992, Elaina established WittKieffer’s Northern California office in Emeryville. She now serves as a senior partner of the Healthcare Practice in the western states and as vice chair and lead director of the firm’s board of directors. As co-leader of the Professional Search Practice, her team identifies exceptional mid-tier leaders across the healthcare, higher education and not-for-profit fields. In addition, she formerly served as the firm’s executive vice president, chief quality officer, and leader of its western and central regions. A frequent speaker at healthcare and leadership conferences, Elaina also participates in a number of professional associations and serves on community boards.
