Lisa Lewis, a senior associate in WittKieffer’s Healthcare Practice, works with organizations spanning the healthcare landscape including hospitals, health systems, academic medical institutions, health plans and community-based organizations. Lisa brings to her position a wealth of experience in executive and physician recruiting in various settings. Lisa excels at drilling down into a client’s exact needs and culture, taking the time to interview and get to know key individuals in an organization. She is also tenacious about sourcing exceptional candidates who align with the strategies and culture of the hiring organization. She has built long-term relationships with leaders across the healthcare industry and draws from her extensive network in her search work.

Prior to joining WittKieffer, Lisa was owner and president of her own recruiting firm, in which she was a contract consultant for roles in healthcare and information technology. Her clients included leading hospitals, health systems and universities. Prior to that, Lisa held director and senior search consulting roles with national healthcare search firms. Among her many areas of expertise, Lisa has spent over 10 years dedicated to physician and executive healthcare recruiting.

Based out of Atlanta, Lisa supports animal rescue groups and the humane society in her area, and is also active in her church.
