An associate in WittKieffer’s Healthcare Practice, Mondria Davenport (she/her) takes a client-first, candidate-friendly approach to her work in identifying leadership talent. Based in Atlanta, Mondria supports recruitments for a variety of roles at leading hospitals, health systems and health-related organizations. She has been with WittKieffer since 2014, starting as an executive search coordinator before moving into her associate role on the consulting staff. She understands all facets of a successful search and works to keep all participants informed, engaged and on schedule.

Prior to WittKieffer, Mondria spent over 19 years in pharmaceutical sales (for Janssen Pharmaceutica and Bristol-Myers Squibb), general management and banking. She held leadership roles at both RBC and Wachovia Banks in Atlanta, Georgia. In these positions she focused on enhancing relationships with small business owners and providing them creative banking solutions.

Mondria also seeks out ways to give back to the community. She has been a Girl Scout leader, an interviewer for the Northwestern University Alumni Association and a school fundraiser. She also currently serves as a member of WittKieffer’s Diversity Council.
