With extensive professional experience at diverse educational institutions, Rachel Bieniek is an innovative, strategic thinker who has a passion for helping clients to find exceptional administrators and academic leaders. Based in Illinois, Rachel teams with colleagues to identify leaders who are creating positive changes on their campuses and in their communities. Rachel maintains a strong network of industry contacts and exceptional insight in identifying candidates who align with the ideals and goals of client institutions.
Rachel previously served as assistant director for alumni engagement and development at the Webb School of Knoxville, where she oversaw all alumni programs and events, marketing and communications and fundraising strategies. She also held various advancement roles at the University of New Haven and Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut including supporting capital campaigns, aiding in the development and implementation of strategic plans, and assisting with staff recruitment.
Rachel has also been very active in CASE (Counsel for Advancement & Support of Education) and served on the District 1 Regional Programs Committee. She has served as a volunteer consultant on fundraising and digital marketing for local non-profit organizations.
