An accomplished recruiter and human resources practitioner, Tiffany Johnson (she/her) brings to her role a passion for serving clients and supporting candidates in pursuit of their career aspirations. Tiffany excels at talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, strategic planning and other fundamental aspects of building strong leadership. Further, she has a history of promoting diversity and inclusion in organizations and their executive ranks.
Tiffany most recently served as Executive Recruiting Consultant for the Indiana University School of Medicine. In this position, she managed leadership searches including those for deans, chairs and faculty leaders. Her successes included increasing diversity in applicant and interview pools and leading re-development of the school’s Diversity Recruiting and Retention Program. Immediately prior, Tiffany was a Human Resources Analyst as well as a Liaison to the Arkansas Minority Health Commission (AMHC), based in Little Rock. She managed human resources for the Commission, which included streamlining its resources and standardizing employee procedures. In earlier roles, Tiffany also gained extensive experience in recruiting, career counseling, professional development and other key human resources functions.
