Our Response to COVID-19

On behalf of WittKieffer, allow me to thank you for the extraordinary work that you are doing to lead your organization and support your community in these difficult times. Like you, WittKieffer is carefully monitoring the COVID-19 virus situation. We developed plans to ensure we can provide service to our clients while protecting the health and safety of our staff, the employees of our clients and business partners and our candidates. We would like to take this opportunity to share the measures WittKieffer is taking to preserve the health and safety of others as we continue to maintain operations and uninterrupted service to our clients and candidates.

Response Plans: Guided by our internal COVID-19 Response Team, WittKieffer updated our firm’s response plans. Our staff are working from home to maximize health and safety. Our technology infrastructure is secure and capable of allowing us to seamlessly serve our clients.

Videoconferencing: WittKieffer is fully capable of conducting our meetings and/or interviews with clients and candidates via videoconferences, when appropriate. We will work with our clients to provide deliverables electronically, as needed.

Onsite Visits and Staff Travel: We eliminated all consulting staff travel, domestic and international, with the exception of travel by automobile. In addition, we are consulting with all clients and candidates regarding their own meeting and travel restrictions before scheduling any interviews or travel.

Events: WittKieffer has cancelled any planned participation in upcoming, large events through April.

Office Cleanliness: Prior to moving to our current work-from-home arrangement, we instructed our staff to stay home if they experience flu-like symptoms or suspect they may have come in contact with someone with COVID-19. We supplied hand sanitizer and wipes in each of our offices, and posted flyers with CDC recommendations for proper handwashing in our break rooms and restrooms. When offices resume normal operations, we are prepared to implement additional visitor procedures and precautions with the delivery of all outside packages as appropriate.

We are committed to providing excellent service to our clients while vigilantly working to help mitigate the spread of the virus. We will continue to follow developments related to COVID-19 and will communicate any updates to you as appropriate.
