Inland Imaging - Chief Executive Officer

Inland Imaging is seeking an exceptional and innovative leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer located in Spokane, Washington. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide management guidance and strategic direction for a successful, growing organization.

The Inland Imaging family of companies is comprised of seven entities and is primarily a medical imaging focused enterprise and one of the largest radiology groups in the country. There is significant interdependence among the family of companies that has enabled the growth of the enterprise to date and will facilitate the accelerated growth of the organization over the next several years. Today, the organization has over 100 radiologists, 830 employees and generates over $100 million in annual revenue. The organization’s radiologists serve outpatient imaging centers, urban and rural medical centers, hospitals, clinics and private practices in Western, Central and Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho and Western Montana. 

The CEO is the top management position in the company and has overall accountability for coordination and success of each Inland Imaging company. This position manages board relationships and works cohesively and collaboratively with company physician leadership. As the CEO, the position provides strategically focused direction for the continued growth and financial success of the Inland Imaging companies.

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented and engaging leader with experience in a similar position in a medical practice or healthcare organization of similar complexity. Experience managing radiology practices is preferred but not required. She/he should be a decisive leader with a collaborative style who resonates with the mission and values of Inland Imaging.
