Leadership for Health Sciences Research, Education and Quality Care

As trusted strategic partners and experienced academic medicine recruiters, WittKieffer consultants possess a deep understanding of the tremendous challenges facing organizations in the health sciences and academic medicine. To continue setting the standard for world-class patient care, community service, teaching and innovation, today’s leaders in this sector must model strength and stability while championing medical and health sciences education; basic, clinical and translational research; and faculty retention and recruitment.

Our understanding of client challenges greatly informs the approach our expert consultants take in finding outstanding university-based health system and independent academic medical center executives, including CEOs and other C-suite leaders, deans, chairs and division and section chiefs. Working closely with our colleagues in our broader Healthcare Practice, we tap our vast network of contacts to identify high-potential candidates and perform in-depth interviews to ensure we match clients with leaders who can manage disruption and drive organizational success.
