Children's Hospitals

Successful Leaders, Exceptional Advocates

We are experts at identifying candidates with the skill sets required to succeed as children’s hospital leaders and visionaries in pediatric healthcare. Our clients in these complex organizations require CEOs, CFOs, chief medical officers and other executives who can meet the responsibilities required of all healthcare leaders while working tirelessly to improve the health and well-being of children and their families. We believe that transformative executives for children’s hospitals must excel at strategic planning; finance and fundraising; human resources; and board, physician, staff and community relations — while never losing sight of the mission.

Children’s Hospital Executive Search

To ensure our leadership search process meets and exceeds expectations, WittKieffer children’s hospital recruiters coordinate our efforts and share our collective knowledge of the distinct needs of these organizations. This knowledge comes from years of experience working closely with the trustees and senior management teams of these organizations. Our deep appreciation for the exceptional leadership they require moves us to recruit only candidates who can face the demographic, competitive and financial challenges unique to children’s hospitals in today’s world.
