April Allen brings a wealth of experience in executive search to her role with WittKieffer. She joined the firm in 2012 to help establish its Mid-Level Executive Search Practice, which is dedicated to identifying the next generation of leaders for WittKieffer partners. Since that time, April has completed over 200 engagements, recruiting dynamic executives that align closely with clients’ strategic talent challenges.
As a consultant with more than 15 years of search experience, April focuses on recruiting a variety of functional areas from director to vice president leadership roles. She serves a range of organizations, including hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, colleges and universities, research institutions, physician practices, payers and specialty organizations. April has a particular focus on positions in information technology, human resources, marketing, talent management, privacy/compliance, finance, and service line leaders.
April has the tenacity and ability to advise organizations throughout the entire talent management process to ensure they are recruiting the right leaders for their needs. Her work is also defined by her network of diverse, high-quality candidates, allowing her to provide clients with exceptional slates of executives to consider.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, April served as an associate in a highly-respected boutique search firm, Dalton Boggs & Associates, and was a divisional director at Robert Half International. April is dedicated to her family and is active in her community, serving as an advisor and board member to local non-profit organizations.
