Megan Welch (she/her) leverages her background in public health and healthcare delivery to identify contemporary healthcare leaders for leading hospitals, health systems, academic and community medical centers, medical groups and other related organizations. Given her subject matter expertise, she offers important insights on each engagement as today’s healthcare leaders must demonstrate a working knowledge of population health management to build upon initiatives that reach patients and families inside and outside of traditional settings of care, and deep into the communities in which they live, work and play.
Megan previously worked for Chiro One Wellness Centers, a leading provider of chiropractic services, for more than six years in the marketing/sales department. She held multiple roles within marketing/sales and was responsible for new patient volume and business development. Megan’s responsibilities also included budgeting, employee training, and project and vendor management. She also has experience with the Indiana Minority Health Coalition and the Indiana State Department of Public Health.
