Tiffany Morris (she/her), chief human resources officer, brings to WittKieffer a wealth of experience in culture building, talent and change management, organizational development and analytics. Based in Oak Brook, IL, Tiffany focuses on recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management and engagement. She also oversees responsibility for the firm’s human resources policy and workforce planning.
Tiffany has nearly 20 years of HR experience, and prior to joining WittKieffer, was a strategic consultant for High Ground, a technology service provider. In this role, she focused on creating value enhancing programs across engagement, talent management, learning and people analytics. Tiffany’s expertise in people technology and data-driven nature were instrumental in guiding the development of broad-reaching, impactful solutions. Having spent the bulk of her career with Sears Holdings Corporation, Tiffany held multiple senior leadership roles over two decades and led HR for critical transformational teams across retail, loyalty and integrated retail, balancing cost reductions with the need to preserve critical capabilities. While with Sears, she reassumed leadership for their talent management function, focusing on driving performance in key employee groups. Tiffany began her HR career as an organizational effectiveness consultant, then as a compensation analyst.
