Tricia Porter (she/her) brings a wealth of diverse healthcare industry recruiting and human resources experience to her role as a senior associate in WittKieffer’s Healthcare Practice. Based in Maine, she prides herself on developing strong relationships with clients to ensure placements that meet the strategic and cultural needs of their organizations. Tricia goes to great lengths to learn what makes candidates tick and to match individuals with organizations in which they can flourish.

Prior to WittKieffer, she worked for a respected global search firm, crafting search strategies and serving as lead across all phases of the executive search process. Prior to that, she served another major global firm’s academic health center practice, focused on research and sourcing as well as search strategy development. Tricia also spent time with the Boston Medical Center Healthnet Plan as a human resources business partner. In this role, she partnered with the executive and management team on strategic planning and development of departments and staff. Early in her career, she was a manager for clinical recruitment for Hebrew SeniorLife in Boston.
