Vineeth (Vinny) Gossain offers his clients a versatile professional backdrop in healthcare strategy and service line operations, informing each interaction with healthcare executives. In his partnership with clients, he understands the contemporary challenges and opportunities facing the spectrum of healthcare systems and providers and the common threads linking the executive team. He identifies senior leaders on behalf of hospitals, health systems, physician group practices and other healthcare organizations. He is based in the firm’s Oak Brook, IL office. Prior to WittKieffer, Vinny was the Director of Outpatient General Surgery, Ophthalmology and Oral Surgery Clinical Programs at Loyola University Health System (LUHS) in Maywood, IL. In this role, he had oversight for the clinical and business operations, strategy development and the patient experience across multiple outpatient locations. Vinny also held the positions of Service Line Strategy Manager for Neurosciences and Orthopaedics and Administrative Fellow while at LUHS. Vinny began his career in the pharmaceutical industry with Eli Lilly and Company, where he managed sales and strategy for over 200 accounts within the Diabetes Business Unit. He has a strong understanding of multiple segments of the healthcare industry and partners with clients to tackle the challenges of the future of healthcare. Vinny serves on the Board of Directors for Todd Martin Youth Leadership, a not-for-profit organization serving youth from under-resourced communities through tennis, education and leadership development programming. He is also a mentor within the Quinlan School of Business Executive MBA program focused in health care management.
