Get in TouchVineeth (Vinny) Gossain (he/him) offers his clients a versatile professional backdrop in healthcare strategy and service line operations, informing each interaction with healthcare executives. In his partnership with clients, he understands the contemporary organizational challenges and market forces facing the spectrum of healthcare systems, providers, and the common threads linking the executive team to their objectives. He has completed over 120 searches through identifying senior leaders on behalf of hospitals, children’s hospitals, health systems, physician group practices, and corporate entities. Based in WittKieffer’s Chicago office, he has been a recipient of the Elaina Genser Quality Award recognizing excellence in outcomes to clients and to the firm. Vinny has written on the convergence of Academic Medicine and integrated healthcare delivery. His work has been featured by Becker’s Healthcare, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American Medical Group Association.
Prior to WittKieffer, Vinny was the Director of General Surgery Clinical Programs at Loyola University Health System (LUHS) in Greater Chicago, Illinois. In this role, he had oversight for clinical and business operations, strategy development, and the patient experience across multiple ambulatory locations. Vinny also held the position of Service Line Strategy Manager for Neurosciences and Orthopedics. Vinny began his career with Eli Lilly and Company. Through these experiences, he has developed a strong understanding of multiple segments of the health care ecosystem to serve as an advisor to clients in a unique way and align towards their mission.
Vinny served on the Board of Directors for Todd Martin Youth Leadership for nearly a decade, a not-for-profit organization serving youth from under-resourced communities in Lansing, Michigan, and Chicago through tennis, education, and leadership development programming. In his spare time, Vinny enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He has a passion for tennis, racquet sports, Detroit sports teams, and college athletics.
