An associate in WittKieffer’s Healthcare Practice, James Vance brings to his role experience in the healthcare field as a radiology technologist, allowing him a direct understanding of the challenges today’s healthcare providers face. James strives to build strong, meaningful relationships with clients and candidates as a foundation for successful recruiting. He entered healthcare to contribute to provider organizations and the communities they serve, and continues this dedication in his work for WittKieffer.

Prior to joining WittKieffer, James was a radiology technologist with Duly Health and Care (formerly DuPage Medical Group) in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Before that, he held the same role with Northwestern Medicine in Winfield, Illinois. James earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Health Science. For this program he focused on the social aspects of healthcare delivery systems, ethical conduct, legal considerations in decision making, financial principles used for decision making, and methods for improving healthcare processes.
