A principal in the firm’s Healthcare Practice, Keshia Harris (she/her) brings deep expertise in designing and executing executive search strategies. She specializes in identifying senior leaders, including CEOs, COOs, CHROs, and CFOs, for a wide range of healthcare organizations, such as integrated health systems, hospitals, physician groups, federally qualified health centers, and mission driven nonprofits, including foundations and social service agencies.

Based in Atlanta, Keshia is known for cultivating strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. She partners closely with clients to understand their unique organizational needs and strategic priorities, crafting tailored recruitment strategies and candidate profiles that drive successful outcomes.

With candidates, she builds authentic, trusting connections to understand their career aspirations and guide them through a seamless and thoughtful search experience. Keshia is a two-time recipient of the WittKieffer Quality Award (2020 and 2023), recognizing her commitment to excellence and client service.

Prior to joining WittKieffer, Keshia worked In Dallas as a lead recruiter and subject matter expert on search engagements in the healthcare and life sciences practice within a global professional talent solutions organization. She began her search career as a research associate in this organization identifying mid and executive level talent and building talent pipelines for global search engagements.

Keshia is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Junior League of Atlanta, and the National Association of Health Services Executives. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi.
