As Managing Partner and Information Technology and Digital Leadership Practice Leader at WittKieffer, Jeff leads a market-leading consulting team focused on identifying top talent for roles such as Chief Information Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, Chief Medical Informatics Officer, and other key IT and digital positions. He provides strategic insight into shaping these roles to meet future challenges and opportunities.
Before joining WittKieffer, Jeff served as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Information Officer at Memorial Healthcare System/South Broward Hospital District—the third-largest public healthcare system in the U.S. In that role, he led a multidisciplinary team of over 1,000 professionals and managed a $200 million annual operating budget. His areas of oversight included Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Clinical Engineering, Clinical Efficiency, Population Health, and Contact Center operations.
Jeff’s career also includes leadership roles at top-tier consulting firms such as Chartis, Cumberland Consulting Group, and Ernst & Young. He is widely respected for his expertise in electronic health record (EHR) implementations, artificial intelligence, organizational change, and governance. A frequent speaker and contributor to industry publications, Jeff is a passionate advocate for digital health and consumer engagement. He holds certifications as a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) and Certified Digital Health Executive (CDH-E).
Jeff serves in advisory capacities on several boards, including healthcare associations, software vendors, and venture capital firms. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, frequenting college sporting events, traveling, and is an avid tennis player.
