The Lord’s Place has named Christine Frederick as its next Chief Executive Officer, following an extensive eight-month national search and evaluation process. She will lead the agency’s mission to break the cycle of homelessness in Palm Beach County, beginning her role in June 2025.
Frederick brings over 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit and social impact organizations. Since 2017, she has served as CEO of FLITE Center in Broward County, guiding youth aging out of foster care toward independence through education, employment, housing, and wellness.
She has received multiple honors for her leadership, including the Apogee Award for Nonprofit Leadership, Hispanic Woman of Distinction, and 100 Successful Women in Business. Frederick also co-chaired the Independent Services Advisory Council and led FLITE to win 211 Non-Profit of the Year in both 2022 and 2023.
As CEO, Frederick will oversee strategic growth and community engagement, continuing The Lord’s Place’s 45-year legacy of serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
WittKieffer’s Ashley Buderus, Julie Rosen, and Eleanor Vogelsang led the search.
