Gillette Children’s has appointed Kelly Morse Nowicki as Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. She brings extensive experience in operational leadership and patient-centered strategy to the role.
Nowicki joins Gillette Children’s after more than 20 years at Mayo Clinic, where she most recently oversaw shared services and hospital operations across campuses in Minnesota, Arizona, Florida, and Wisconsin. Earlier in her career, she served as CEO of the Girl Scout Council in Rochester.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and comparative religion from Gustavus Adolphus College and a master’s degree in business and clinical ethics from the University of Chicago.
As COO, Nowicki will help advance operational excellence and support Gillette Children’s mission to improve the daily experience of patients, families, and staff.
