President Who? On Being an Asian-American College President and the Future of AAPI Leadership in Higher Education

Given the strong representation of Asian Americans in academia, one might assume that they are equally represented in higher education leadership. Not so, says Frank Wu, J.D., president of Queens College of the City University of New York. Factors that appear to benefit Asians in their careers can be “turned on their head” and limit their progress, Wu says.
