Terry Rogers Named CEO for Westminster Communities of Florida

Westminster Communities of Florida recently welcomed Terry Rogers as its Chief Executive Officer. “I am not only thrilled to be joining Westminster, but humbled to be joining an organization whose mission of care and service has been put into action today perhaps more than ever,” said Rogers. “The commitment of the Westminster team and residents is awe-inspiring, and I am ready to hit the ground running in supporting all that we do.”

Westminster, the U.S.’s 12th-largest not-for-profit senior living organization, serves more than 7,000 residents in 22 communities throughout Florida. The Board of Directors announced the appointment of Rogers to succeed outgoing CEO Roger Stevens after a comprehensive national search.

Rogers previously served as President and CEO of Christian Living Communities and Cappella Living Solutions, multi-site senior living and healthcare organization based in Englewood, Colorado. A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Financial Management, Rogers is a noted leader in the field of senior living and a regular presenter at regional and national conferences.

WittKieffer’s Diane Tanking and Lisa DeSimone led this search.
